The Real Estate Investment and Development Software
suite includes 3 Excel spreadsheets for financially analyzing income
property, and 2 Excel spreadsheets for all types of real estate
(amortization and appreciation). The suite has investing, commercial real
estate, real estate development, and residential applications.
The real estate investment software is easy and simple enough for a
sole proprietor (small investor) who wants to invest in a small income
property (duplex, 4-plex, commercial office space, etc). This also applies
to agents representing small investors.
The real estate investment software has powerful, advanced features
for income property and commercial real estate developers, professional
investors, and commercial agents. Make investment analysis presentations
for each investor in a property (or LLC or other entity that owns the
property). The presentation reflects that investor's situation with dollar
amounts specific to that investor. The investor's share of ownership, tax
bracket, loan liability, etc. are taken into consideration to provide a
reasonable projection of that investor's financial benefits. You do not
need to re-enter the 23 property data inputs to make a presentation for
each investor. You only need to re-enter 5 to 6 investor data inputs. The
Scenarios feature allows you to save all investors' presentations related
to that building in one workbook. Later, with a mouse-click, you can
recall the input data for any investor in that building. That's convenient
and powerful.
